If they have proof they contacted me in December about my upcoming charges I would gladly accept their offer of the free months when I reinstate membership. I do not accept that as I now have no faith in their business practices and do not believe they will honor that commitment since they did not contact me before charging me. They will not allow me to continue with the agreement to have a free suspension of my membership until the end of the pandemic. Had they contacted me before they began charging my credit card I would have asked to suspend my membership as I or my family cannot come to the facility at present, or use the online options. It is my contention that they should refund these incorrect charges and cancel my membership retroactive to December 31st 2020. I was not given an opportunity to cancel my membership before I was charged for the months of January and February 2021. I never agreed to unfreeze my account at this time or anytime. There is an additional charge on Janufor $35.00. Since they have not produced evidence of sending us notification, we are requesting a refund of January and February and whatever additional annual charges they added. I requested proof by way of sent emails from them informing me of this change in the policy regarding my suspension. I received emails from Healthrax today 2/2 but this is the first We have asked for proof of notification we were no longer suspended as of 12/31/21.

This was unbeknownst to me until my credit card was charged for two months membership fee plus an annual fee. Healthtrax manager Marina L**** has informed me she will not refund my family membership for Jan and Feb 2021 because our account was taken off suspension on. We agreed to a pandemic member suspension and they resumed credit charges without giving me notice. This benefit of seamless care all under one roof for our members working with a personal trainer and physical therapist for your pre/post surgery preparedness injury prevention performance pain management and overall improved physical function.I dispute Healthtrax charges for Jan and Feb '21.
